For a family owned company region of West Flanders, we are looking for a Freelance Administrative Accounting Clerk.


Your duties:

  • Contact customers, suppliers, insurance companies and experts by telephone and e-mail regarding their files.
  • Preparing files for transport
  • Updating, entering and preparing files for accounting
  • Follow-up and completion of official document files
  • Administration related to sales: registration, invoicing, transport documents,...


Your profile:

  • You have experience as an Administrative Accounting Clerk.
  • You have a strong knowledge of Dutch and French. You have a good knowledge of English.
  • You are looking for a full time or 4/5th assignment on a long-term basis.
