For a family owned company region of West Flanders, we are looking for a Freelance Administrative Accounting Clerk.
Your duties:
- Contact customers, suppliers, insurance companies and experts by telephone and e-mail regarding their files.
- Preparing files for transport
- Updating, entering and preparing files for accounting
- Follow-up and completion of official document files
- Administration related to sales: registration, invoicing, transport documents,...
Your profile:
- You have experience as an Administrative Accounting Clerk.
- You have a strong knowledge of Dutch and French. You have a good knowledge of English.
- You are looking for a full time or 4/5th assignment on a long-term basis.
