For a family business in the Kortrijk region, we are looking for a Freelance Administrative Clerk.


You are responsible for:

  • First point of contact for customers and partners.
  • Planning and coordinating transports: you keep a firm grip on the reins!
  • Manage billing, purchase invoices and accounting tasks.
  • Entering bank transactions, preparing payments and following up on accounts receivable management.
  • Reporting and maintaining our waste register.

Your profile:

  • You are looking for a full-time and long-term assignment.
  • You have knowledge of Dutch and French.
  • You have experience as an Administrative Accounting Assistant
