For a family business in the Kortrijk region, we are looking for a Freelance Administrative Clerk.
You are responsible for:
- First point of contact for customers and partners.
- Planning and coordinating transports: you keep a firm grip on the reins!
- Manage billing, purchase invoices and accounting tasks.
- Entering bank transactions, preparing payments and following up on accounts receivable management.
- Reporting and maintaining our waste register.
Your profile:
- You are looking for a full-time and long-term assignment.
- You have knowledge of Dutch and French.
- You have experience as an Administrative Accounting Assistant
