Freelance HR Manager (HR Operations).

Our client is looking for a freelance HR Interim Manager Operations.

As interim manager for the HR Operations department, you will manage the 20-member HR Operations team responsible for :

- Payroll, time & attendance of all entities within the group (headcount 1450)

- HR customer contact center

- HR projects and processes

- HR Legal

You will be part of the HR leadership team and report to the acting General Manager.

So you will be responsible for the smooth running of HR operations such as:

• the monthly payroll runs
• legal reporting
• the customer contact center
• all processes and employees linked to your responsibilities

Together with the HR team, you will face some exciting challenges :

- Continuing the integration of HR processes

- Transformation of the team and its processes to a more customer-oriented and efficient operation with extensive polyvalence within the team

Which freelance HR Interim Manager qualifies?

• You have recently completed a similar assignment (with a completion date within the last 3 years). This is a must.
• Experience in the same position/assignment within a public administration is a must.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a big plus.
• You are analytical, solution-oriented, customer-oriented and have strong communication skills.
• You have relevant leadership experience.
• You have thorough and relevant experience in most areas of HR Operations (especially payroll and time & attendance)
• Thorough experience with transformations of both processes and necessary change among employees and customers.
• You are a people- and results-oriented leader.

This is a full-time assignment starting April 14 and ending December 31, 2025. Opportunity for extension exists and if there is, the assignment will run finally until the end of June 2026.

The first interview for this exciting assignment will take place on March 10 between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. (digital).
